Meet the team

Our team has been carefully selected over time for their amazing personalities and kindness as well as their skills. We have maintained some of them for over 30 years, and as our new generations come on board we have a great balance of skill with compassion and teamwork. We have prioritised creating a positive clinic culture and a great workplace for all the staff.

We are a team who balances work with play.

We understand that it can be frustrating to see different people when you come to the clinic, but our reality is that revolving roles and part time hours suit most of our staff. We enjoy days that are client facing, or consults and reception, and days in surgery or nursing patients in hospital.

We also enjoy our days off to spend with family, study, or explore and it allows us to be refreshed and engaged while at work. This is an intellectually and emotionally challenging career and we are passionate about reducing our staff’s risk of burnout.

You may not see familiar faces every visit, but rest assured we are all still here working in a way that keeps us engaged and resilient. We encourage you to request your desired team member through our online booking process, and this will be accommodated wherever possible.
